Depending on the customer's contracting arrangement, TOBID TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (Singapore) or Global Link Alliance LLC (United States) may act as the contracting, invoicing, and settlement entity under the relevant service agreement.
TOBID TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and Global Link Alliance LLC process only the minimum customer contact, contract, payment, and billing information necessary for contract execution, customer communication, financial record-keeping, and fulfilling legal obligations. They do not determine the collection, use, or retention rules for advertising data or device data on the Huiinex platform, and are not data controllers for such data.
The specific contracting entity for a given customer is as set forth in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

Except where Huiinex provides technical support to Offer Wall users on behalf of a Supply Partner, Huiinex generally has no direct interaction with individuals who visit Customer services.
